morning routine

my morning routine is the most important part of my day.

 

it will forever be my number one priority. it sets me up for success & sets the tone for the rest of my day physically, emotionally, & spiritually.

here are a few of my morning routine staples:

  • wake up before the sun rises. i’m an early riser & i think there’s something so special about the stillness that the early morning brings.

  • make the bed.

  • journal & read my devotion.

  • move my bod & get my sweat on!

  • hydrate w/ a BIG cup of h2o & enjoy a cup of coffee.

  • have a big bowl of fruit followed by avo toast.
