no bake energy bites
energy bites // gluten free & dairy free
these bites are great to have on hand through out the week. i like to make a big batch of them on sunday’s so I can grab them when in a hurry & also put a few in my gym bag for after i work out.
they are simple & delish!
here is the recipe:
1 cup dry gf oatmeal
⅔ cup coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter or fav nut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
method: mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let set in fridge for about a half hour. Roll into small balls about 1 in size. Store in air tight container in fridge & enjoy!
